A: Our main product is made from carbon steel which is heavy duty, we provide a choice of sizes and tiers, you can get your talor-made storage plan with us. We also provide Stainless Steel and Epoxy Coating material for your choice.
2. How to assemble the shelving? Would it need any tools?
A: For those of small size, it's very easy to assemble, for large/huge size, you may need an assist on the assembling. Please follow the video/instruction we provide when needed.
3. What is the MOQ? How about the payment terms? 
A: There is no minimum order quantity
4. Will you offer free samples?
A: We would offer free sample 1 set for our oversea clients ,but express freight collection.
5. If the storage items of wire shelves is overloaded , will it be broken?
A: No, If the overloading weight is not too much ,the shelf is still in good condition. We just show safe loading weight on our product description.

6. Which port are you shipping? 
We ship from Tianjin port and 2 hours from Factory to Tianjin port (Xingang).
7. What is the payment term could you accept? 
30% TT for deposit, 70% TT against copy of docs L/C.
8. What about your deliver time? 
15-30 days for trial order. 15-35 days for repeat order.
